Roy coined Advocacy-Led Growth in 2024 after observing the same pattern across B2B companies: every event, certification, and onboarding produces a moment where participants want to share. Most companies miss it. The ones that don't create compounding distribution without adding spend.
The observation became a framework. The framework became a vocabulary - Belief Window, Cohort Cascade, AQL, 1:1:N - for describing a growth motion that existed in practice but had no name.
advocacyled.com is the canonical home of the ALG framework. It's being built in the open - currently at v0.2 - with interactive practitioner tools, vertical applications for marketing, hiring, and sales, and a growing body of shared vocabulary for the ALG community.
Wozku operationalizes ALG - activation at completion moments, cohort-level campaigns, multi-surface distribution, and AQL measurement.
